What is included in a cleaning?

• All bins are sprayed with our soap/degreaser, bins are then washed with high pressure. Bins are then sprayed with our disinfectant and hand wiped out to ensure they are completely clean and dry. Our final step is spraying the bin with our deodorizer and placing a grate liner in the bottom to help absorb moisture. 

When will my bin be cleaned?​

• Cleaning will take place the day after your scheduled garbage collection between 8am and 8pm. (i.e. If your scheduled organics collection is on a Wednesday we will clean your bin by 8pm the following day.) 

• If you live in West Hants we only provide monthly and single clean service following the last collection day each month. 

• If you live in Annapolis or Lunenburg Counties we provide single cleaning services once per month. Please note we require a minimum of 10 customers to provide the service. 

Where should I leave my bin?​​

• Please keep your bin at the end of your driveway until it is cleaned. 

What happens if my collection day falls on a storm day or holiday?​​

• We follow local collection schedules and will change your cleaning day as required.​

What happens if I forget to put my bin out for collection?​

• If you forget to put your bin out on your collection day please call us immediately and reschedule your cleaning. If we show up for your scheduled cleaning and your bin has not been emptied you will be charged the cleaning. ​

What about the mess?​​

• Our Cleaning system is 100% self contained ensuring we never leave a mess behind.​ 

Does someone need to be home for service?​​​​

• You do not need to be home for our bin cleaning services. Please leave your bin roadside and empty until it is cleaned. 

​What is your service area?

• We provide cleaning services across Kings County. We also provide limited service in West Hants, Annapolis and Lunenburg Counties 

Service start date?

• Please select the collection day that you want cleaning services to start on. Your bin will be cleaned the day after collection. 

What are my payment options?​

• We have two payment options available. All plans can be paid for in full  at the time of booking by e-transfer or credit card. Plans can also be paid for on a pay as you go schedule. In order to be on a pay as you go plan you will require a credit card on file. Cards will be charged the day before your scheduled cleaning. 

Can I cancel my contract?

• If you are unhappy with our service for any reason you may cancel your plan early and receive a full refund of your balance minus a $60 processing fee.​​​ If you are on a pay as you go plan your card on file will be charged a $60 processing fee if you cancel your plan early.
